Your water analysis is classified into one of three categories: Serviceable means the water is safe and good to drink – all parameters are within recommended levels. Serviceable with remark means the water can be used, but some substance is outside the guideline value – this may involve health-related remarks, aesthetic problems like taste or color, or technical problems like corrosion. Unsuitable means the water should not be used until the problem is resolved, which is usually due to bacteria, toxic metals, or chemicals posing a significant health risk.
